Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy (born August 15th, 1970) is an American actor from the United States. Sheedy made her debut as an actor in Bad Boys in 1983. Then, she joined an active member of the Brat pack and appeared on WarGames The Breakfast Club Short Circuit. Sheedy's performance in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art won her the Independent Spirit Award Best Female Leading. Sheedy was got married to David Lansbury in April 1992. David Lansbury is the cousin and the son-in-law of Angela Lansbury. Edgar Lansbury produced Godspell. Beckett was born in 1994 to the couple. Sheedy said she has learned a great deal from Beckett.
